Breena, the Demagogue is it FUN? Powerful? Please shed some light!

I'm very interested in building a [[Breena, the Demagogue]] deck as I feel like the card draw could be enticing and counters are always good. This commander would be unique to the LGS but I want to make sure it can hang with some of the more powerful decks.

I would love to hear more about breena, specifically if you have card recommendations and deck lists it would be greatly appreciated!
