Thoughts on incredibly powerful tribal commanders for established tribes.

So what are you thoughts on commanders for tribes that are fairly well established and are leagues above the rest of the competition. For an example: Edgar Markov for vampire tribal. He is so much more powerful than every other Vampire commander that it often becomes a question of “why not just play Edgar?” Now I specified established tribes because things like Urtet being the go commander for Myr decks is mostly due to him being the ONLY real legendary Myr that cares about Myr (Sorry Brudiclad… but a Myr commander you are not).

So what are your thoughts on these types commanders? Ones so far above the pact that it becomes hard NOT to run them.
