competitive running always
i’m not a pro by any means but katie’s running is a red flag.
she runs in carbons shoes for her slow/easy runs?? these shoes make you faster but are only recommended for racing as they can injure you due to lack of support. wearing them for easy runs makes no sense unless you actually race everything and are competitive with yourself always.
she also covers her times. i think this is because her easy runs aren’t actually easy for her fitness. her last one i could see the pace on was 4:59 min/km. unless she’s is super speedy that is ridiculous for an easy run (around zone 2). for mine i add almost 2 mins from my race pace and could defo do with slowing more.
either way her running seems focused on going out too hard and too fast with little care given to the potential injuries
