Can’t seem to summon

Me and my friend can’t seem to summon eachother in the dlc we both are in the lvl 300’s we have good internet we have the same multiplayer password and settings and still cant seem to find eachothers sign. We can summon other people in front of boss gates though. Can anybody help?
