Lvl 62 and about to rage quit because Renalla. Am I the problem?

Hello my fellow souls mates. Honestly this is my first playthrough ever on a souls like. I have watched few tuts, I'm using light clothes, a grafted dragon +4, magic damage negation talisman. First phase of her is very easy and I spend nothing of my resources. I start her phase 2 with wolves already summoned, but then I can low hear to 40 - 50% HP but then, that is it... I die...... Was enjoying the game so far, but man.... This bitch is getting in my nerves! I KNOW I made mistakes on my build as this is my first playthrough, could that be it? Try more?
