Can’t Give Soul to Sorceress Sellen near Renni’s Tower. Help!

I am following a guide to get the Azur Glintstone armor set and reached the point where I locate Sellen under the hidden floor (near Renni’s Rise) but I cannot interact with her. I’ve retrieved her soul and killed Radahn but still no interaction available. I did speak to Jerren after the Radahn fight but haven’t spoken to him by Sellen yet (hoping that’s not the issue). Please, if anyone knows how to progress past this point, I’d greatly appreciate the advice! Thanks I’m advance
