Flat tire on VMAX VX2 Pro GT. Solutions?

Hi all.

As the title suggests, I recently got a flat tire on my VMAX VX2 Pro GT. It's annoying because I keep the tires pumped and check the pressure regularly. It looks like a piece of asphalt punctured the tire as I can see the little bit sticking out and it feels like rock when I run my nail/finger over it.

What are some solutions? For reference, this is the rear tire where the motor is as well. Should I call their customer support and see what they recommend, or just buy a new tire and do the replacement without consulting them?
