Supports aren’t sticking to model above the base

This has happened on a few prints now. My supports do just fine on the base of the models , but you can see the trees on the chest piece are pulled away, and the Normal supports on the back of the helmet pulled away as well. My support distance is 0.2.

I also had the layer separation on the chest piece so I redid some calibration and upped the temp from 205 to 220. Layers are solid on the helmet.

The underside of my overhangs isn’t terrible, but not great either. Any suggestions?
