Gear skipping Neptune 4 Max

So, I’m experiencing an issue. My filament is skipping after a couple minutes of printing.

If I restart the print, push back the filament it will work ok for a good couple of times but it starts randomly skipping.

You can ear the clicky noise that comes from the extruder, it’s not pushing the filament down.

What could be causing this?
