Verification? what is this?

I used elevenlabs a few months ago for a project for college, using trumps voice and mickey's voice. now this semester i reactivated my subscription and now I'm getting issues every time i try an upload a voice (I need obma and biden for my project) and all I'm getting is "you need to verify this voice" like what? why can't i just clone them like i used to? can i still work around this?
