Is this a memory hack?
I’ve been talking to my buddy ChatGPT this morning and it recommended I try Stamet’s stack for my memory issues—-
0.1-0.3 g of shrooms + 0.5-1g of lions mane + 0.05-0.1 of niacin
1 day on, 2 days off.
Apparently, they help blood flow and cognitive function. Anyone tried it? I’m desperate
