Can I save my riding boots? 😔 [Tips needed]

I’ve had these boots for about 7 years and they’re barely alive. I don’t compete so I don’t care for the looks as long as they function properly, however I have tried to take good care of them with cleaning etc.

But come on, it’s been so many years that I think no cleaning and products could save them this long. My left boot is better looking, but the right one has a big hole that only gets bigger, and one at the ankle that i’ve hand sown around so it stays that size. And my heel is about to fall off😆

So, what can I do now to just make them survive long enough for me to save up for new ones? maybe one more year?
