How to get into Streets?

Every time I load street I take about 5mins to get in and then once I do my pmc/scav will just run in place for a few seconds then the game pops up saying sever connect error. If I reload or exit the game and try again it does the same stuff. I have a Ryzen 7 5800x 16gb ram and a 3070ti. Does anyone know of any way to fix the issue or am I just screwed? Thanks in advance
