services tab blanked out for therapist tarkov pve [New Player]

why is the therapist service tab blanked out and how do i get access to it, ive scoured the internet and theres not even a wiki page for it as far as i can tell, maybe im just looking in the wrong places... like do i have to unlock it through trader level? ive checked the therapist wiki tab. Is it account level? is it a quest?
