Australia Server Ping Issues

Having really bad issues with ping and it's only with Tarkov. I'm in Melbourne and usually get 20-30 ping however it has been around 200ms for the last 24hrs.

Has anyone else experienced high ping in Australia or could it be something on my end? Only have issues with Tarkov and no other games. Makes it really frustrating as it kicks me from raid every 10 seconds.
