Etsy not verifying ID? Losing money?

I sold the only item in my shop back in July. It was a $100 fursuit tail. The buyer has since received the product. I uploaded my Drivers License on August 3rd, and it is still under "pending verification" on August 28th. I have emailed them multiple times with no helpful responses. One response said I need to "upload the required documents" but I already have done that. I have 15 days before the costumer is refunded. I am extremely frustrated and am terrified I will have just given someone a free tail.
