Etsy won’t remove 1-star review from someone who complained about never receiving the item, after they gave me the wrong address

I made a sale in October and sent it out next day to the address provided. This morning I wake up to a 1-star review from this person who was very angry they never received it. I double-checked the address and quickly realized that they made several mistakes in their shipping address, including their zip code with 3 numbers transposed. Imagine the buyer putting in “Main St, 123, Springfield, TX, 45678”, when their actual address is “123 Main Circle, Springfield Heights, TX, 45867”. I immediately flagged the review for Etsy to look at, listing all the ways they mis-wrote their own address which clearly led to the item not getting delivered, and Etsy just wrote back saying they’re not going to remove the review. How do I fight this?
