mind-boggled by this review

holidays were hectic, but i made sure orders arrived before or on christmas eve! in this case, the item arrived on the 20th. and solely for the fact that its a gift, i got a 3 star review.

earlier this season, a customer gave me 1 star because the arrival date "had come and gone." it did not, i actually sent their item out earlier than my usual processing time. they never even contacted me. tough crowd!
