Surging forward without throttle?

Two people in my neighborhood told me they had their Lightning’s surge forward when they started them up. One luckily didn’t hit anything, the other totaled part of his garage.

Is this a thing or just 2 random events? Legit wondering cause I am comparing the lightning, vs EV9 vs the upcoming ram charger
