Reflections on elo in CS:GO vs CS2

While opening the profiles of FACEIT players in my matches at 2500 elo (during my losing streak, I dropped from 2670 elo to 1984, and finally that ended, and I started winning and regaining elo; I wrote about it in a post: THIS POST), I increasingly see players who had around 1050 elo at level 3 in CS:GO after 500+ matches (or level 5-6, but those 1050 elo stuck in my mind), and now these people have around 2500 elo. At the same time, I also often encounter players who had 3500 elo in CS:GO, but now they play at 2500-2700, and players with 1050 elo in CS:GO are easily taking down those with 3500 elo like it's nothing. How is this possible? Have the developers really 'noobified' CS2 to the extent that any low-skill player can reach 2500 elo just by running and shooting on the go? I've seen that now with the AK-47 and Deagle, shots hit the target even on the move if your speed is below 70 units, and for counter-strafing, when you go W+A, you just need to release both keys and press D to come to a complete stop (whereas in CS:GO you had to press D+S) and much more. What do you think about this?
