Is this bannable

So I was playing in a match when I was being chased. Now I had thought these 2 were teaming for a while so I tested that, and what do you know. He was actively trying to avoid hitting little Mr sunshine. I think this classifies as teaming, but does it classify as teaming? Idk if it was just pizza guy or engineer but I think both because despite engi dying, that was becuase I tricked killer into doing that. Also there is a 2nd vid because I stupidly stopped mid way through but I cannot get it through here becuase of limit of one
