Is anyone having problems with the noob cosplay skin

I bought the noob cosplay skin because I liked my avatar because in my opinion it was cool but for some reason when I play it’s just normal noob I have a pretty default character white skin and basic suit and black pants I’m an r6 model any help is appreciated
