AirPods removed, can I sell other non-Apple hardware?

My AirPods were removed (they were real) for going against policies. I know have a flag on my account, which I’m not happy about. They were a $15 pair of AirPods I couldn’t care less about, but now I’m terrified to list anything and have it flagged.

There’s other things I want to list, like an old HP printer, Nintendo switch console & controllers, video games, etc. but I’m worried that more things like the AirPods, really any hardware and stuff, could be flagged and put my account at risk. If someone could put my mind at ease that would be great, thank you!
