How to get power armor from Trashcan Carla

Trashcan Carla was in my base during a super mutant attack and her dumbass hopped in my power armor frame and won’t get out. She left my base with it once I’m pretty sure but she’s back now and still wearing the power armor frame.

Does killing her get me the power armor back or is there another way?
