Are the FO3 DLC boring?

Ok I want to be 100% clear here I played the games in reverse ie, FO4, NV and now 3 so that was my fault. Also I just started the final dlc the Zeta dlc so my full opinion on the FO3 dlc's aren't complete and honestly The Pitt dlc twist end was good, but overall all of it not including the Zeta dlc was just meh. Does anyone have the same feeling that the FO3 dlc's are just meh?
