Ear infection?

Cat at my work. He walking all lop sided. He otherwise appears to be acting normal from what I can tell but I sense he is miserable. He is located in a city that doesn't have alot of services available. Should I nab him and take him somewhere? I thought I had a video of it but I guess it don't 😅
