Growing my hair out, feel like im stuck in the awkward phase and don't know what to do. Could use some advice on style ideas

Any ideas or products recs are appreciated. I use curling moose, leave in conditioners and only wash once or twice a week.

I sometimes blow dry but its time consuming and heard it does damage.

Could really use some pointers
