Do you have to fill out employee surveys? Are you honest about your feelings?
Today was survey day at my BB IB.
We were "invited" to fill out employee surveys for greater transparency and improved company culture.
My take on these things is they're used for two purposes:
- Management can look at all the cowards that award 10/10 for everything and pat themselves on the back and use that as additional ammo for even more comp with the board.
- They're handed over to HR to target for termination anyone stupid or crazy enough to answer any questions with a 9/10 or lower.
Does anyone else have to put up with this performative BS?
