Is Getting CFA worth it?

Hi guys, I’m 26, and I’m working as a Fund Administrator. I have a BS in Accounting and Information Systems. I already passed CFA level 1 and will take level 2 in August. In the meantime, I have been looking for jobs in wealth management and financial analysis in investment companies, and so far, no luck.

I wonder whether passing CFA level 1 or 2 will improve my interview chances.

Ideally, I want to work at my target jobs before I finish CFA, as it will take another year or two.

Any advice would help. Thanks.
