JPMC Pregnancy & Promotion

I have just passed the first trimester and last year, my manager had really advocated for me to go for promotion. We haven't had the talk about it this year but she had said the stakeholders are happy with what I delivered and I have been name dropped in her boss's all hands a couple times about positive client feedback. She has asked me to help out with extracurricular things and network more, and I did though I'm not a social butterfly by all means.

My manager is returning from vacation soon. How do I bring up both the intention to get promoted and pregnancy with her?
