what mistakes should I avoid taking creatine monohydrate.
first time user here, went to the gym for the last 3 4 months or so and happy with the progress. now, i hear a lot about creatine and how it's a booster for more aesthetics, pretty cheap too, so thinking of trying it.
here's what I planned, 3gm everyday, no loading period, will continue for a month, if it felt right, will continue doing the same dose every single day till idk when.
any tips or precautions?
