How much whey is too much whey ?
I usually don't get a lot of time to prepare food, I don't consume non vegetarian food, I'm 5'10 at 90 kgs, working out 5 days a week. So my diet plan includes , 200gms of low fat paneer 500 ml skimmed milk, some oats, 3 scoops of whey isolate. Is three scoops a lot ? Should I expect some gastric discomfort ? I don't tho atleast at two scoops.
