I've Won... But at What Cost😮💨?
So yesterday i made a post regarding my deadlift that from last 4 try i was able to do sqauts easily (i started squats and deadlift recently only) but when it came to deadlifts i was only able to lift 20kg(15 reps)/30kg(12reps) and the last set was of 40 kg(10 reps) which I couldn't do... NOT EVEN ONCE
As you can see my yesterday's post (that i have mentioned above) that there were 6 excercise that i do on legs day but i was only able to do 3 yesterday.. (squats, deadlift and Dumbell calf raise)
So today instead of my pull day, i decided that by hook or by crook i will lift that बीरबल की खिचड़ी along with my other 3 legs exercise (leg-press,curls and extension) and i finally did it😍... I really felt more relived than happy but it was very short lived because at back of my mind i knew that neither i have lifted the first 2 sets of 20(15)-30(12)* nor it was my full legs day routing of 6 exercise
So i am not feeling that happy because of the above mentioned reason.. people on my post commented that put deadlifts for back days which i will do
Any more suggestions?
