Thoughts on flightmojo?

I have an upcoming flight on 11 July and I booked it through flight mojo about 15 minutes ago. The payment went through and I got an e ticket as well on my WhatsApp. But the e-ticket didn't have a seat number on it. Now when I called the customer service, they said it's a group fare ticket and the seat number would be available 12 hours before the flight or something, I didn't even understand the representative as he was speaking on some broken English idk. But what I'm asking is that am I just being paranoid or should I be worried and be ready to book another ticket?
