Let’s share coping strategies

Can you all please share your coping mechanisms when the loneliness/pain is at its worse?

What do you do that’s healthy that helps distract you and diffuse the pain?

For myself the only thing I do is try to meditate and not think for the day, then with time I start focusing on other things and forget about my empty romantic life. Although I am not certain this is healthy because it leads to some dissociation.

I find direct meditation is the best way to get through it as well as running/excersice, distraction with shows or video games seems to be very inefficient and I am too distracted by the intense feelings to focus on those things anyways.
