Hair blowout

Hi!

Does anyone have a place they like to get a blowout? I went for the first time in my life and the person who did my hair kept commenting on how my hair is dry and my ends are dry even though I explained that I take good care of my hair I just have a health condition that prevents my hair from being super soft… also told me I should get laser treatment or thread my “imperfect sideburns”.

I went to get my hair done for the first time to feel good about myself since I’ve been feeling dull… came away with nice looking hair but internally feeling not that great.
