Where is Lucid Dreams emote?

Clearly the emote is in the game since you can do it in the event but where is it? It was delayed I get it but they said it'd be released in December and some people myself included thought maybe before they take juice wrld out of the shop but now he's completely gone and still no emote. Is epic just never going to release it or something? 😅
