Hot take: I honestly don't mind cosmetics being kept rare

I just don't see why this sub hates rare items so much. I always felt like it's cool for players to have cosmetics that show off how long you've been playing. Almost every other game does that.

Like sure, it sucks not being able to get Black Knight or Omega. I want them too. But at the end of the day, like y'all say they're just pixels. You can't get everything you want.

A lot of these skins also have personal value to people. Look at Omega for an example. Getting Omega maxed out with all the lights was fucking hard to do, but those who did it felt so proud of themselves. That skin means more to those people than it ever will to me if I just buy it in the shop for 2000 Vbucks.

I just think y'all are getting too worked up about this. It's perfectly fine if someone has a skin that you can't have. The jealously this sub has felt over those skins is more of a problem than those skins in the first place.
