ft worth apartment recommendations

I’m moving to fort worth in mid december or early jan and hoping for some recommendations for luxury apts (pool nice gym newer appliances ) that are below $2500 for a 1 bed and are newly constructed preferably high rise apt. My bigger fears are pests like bugs and also there being chargers for electric cars. I don’t care much about the area or if it’s walkable but would prefer walls that aren’t super thin and management that isn’t too difficult
