Turbo Flutter

Seen multiple different blow off valves and intakes but what have people done in order to get the classic turbo flutter on their Forte’s? They’re called Ceratos in Aus but the only difference is just the name and my partner wants max flutter on hers. Also if any knows some solid aftermarket tail light options that’d be amazing, thanks.
