Am I too worried about CR?

Started playing about 3 weeks ago, and there’s still so many rare cars I want, like the Camry, BRZ ‘22, etc. They always show up for 20,000,000 and never show up for lower. I just don’t feel like 20,000,000 is worth it at all, especially for cars that are just basically everyday cars irl.
