Found in the woods 5 years ago

I totally forgot I found this. I guess I thought it was odd enough at the time to take a video of (went through my Snapchat vids and found this from 5 years ago, photos are screenshots from the video) It says something about St Nicks gifts but has these odd symbols/letters. Also what is the picture even supposed to be? Idk I thought it was odd when I found it.
