Critique my Freminet build

I have seen many recommendations for team comps for Freminet, but I never really enjoyed playing them. My damage isn't hitting heavy, I need some help. His team currently consists of Freminet, Chongyun, Xingqiu and Sayu. Sayu for swirl and heal, xingqiu for buff and freeze, chongyun for Cryo infusion and Freminet for the heavy hitting and shatter. Freminet has two piece pale flame (I'm missing the circlet because I'm unlucky with artifact farming, I'm still working on it), and two piece wanderer's troupe. What do you think? How should I improve my Freminet build and team?
