Brian Thompson cared more about healthcare than money
Under his leadership, UHC grew and was able to provide even more Americans with quality healthcare. According Fortune.com
Under his leadership, profits for UnitedHealthcare surged from $12 billion in 2021, to more than $16 billion in 2023
UHC is the FOURTH largest company in the USA, yet his net worth does not reflect this. Compared to his peers, he is positively poor.

By a considerable margin, he is the poorest CEO in the top 5. He could have easily been making hundreds of millions, if not billions. However, he instead chose to prioritise the healthcare of Americans. It's a shame that such a concerted smear campaign has been waged against him, painting him as greedy when he was demonstrably not greedy at all.
