Can’t activate a global key in my country?

Hey everyone,

I bought many games from G2A before, all of them being global steam keys, and haven’t had any issues activating any one of them. This is the first time I’m seeing a warning like this on a global steam key. Is this a bug/error or did something change in the last couple of days?
