STEM superiority

Just a little rant but as someone who does humanities subjects and enjoys the arts, some of you STEM warriors are so insufferable. You lot act like because you do a combination of bio, chem, physics and maths, you're suddenly better than everyone else. What annoys me the most is your constant talk about how people who do humanities and the arts have low job prospects and will get low paying jobs and will end up getting swallowed by inflation. What makes you think you're so special? In competitive STEM fields, what genuinely sets you apart from the upwards of thousands of other annoying future STEM applicants? Good luck to whoever ends up with a doctor or dentist with an ego as big as some of you have.

(Might get downvoted to hell but it's so irritating, especially when some of you try to tell people who are set on their career path to choose a STEM subject they don't want to do, just because they MIGHT be able to find a high paying job if they get lucky)
