Where can I legitimately report a hacker?

My email was hacked just this week but fortunately I was able to retrieve it. Checking my mail... I saw 3 different ip adresses, 3 different devices? and I even have 1 recovery email account. I am currently finding places I can trust and will do an investigation on the information I will provide. My question is, do you guys have a place on where I can report them?
