Why so few Leaks?

I Know There Are a few leaks, Like the gameplay Video and the Trailer, but with an Budget of 3 Billion and over thousand people working on it I find it crazy that its completely quite after trailer 1. How do they manage it? Are the forbid private devices? Are the NDAs include selling their whole family? I mean a leak could give fame or money
