Can’t get a refund on a new game

So, I went to a mall and bought a new game on Black Friday 11/29. I tried to go to the GameStop near my house yesterday and asked for a refund and the person who works there said he can’t do it cause of some new policy. I checked online and there is policy that said I have an extended period of time to return. After I left that place, and tried to call other locations about it. Some never picked up their phone, one place said their return policy has changed, and one other said try going to the original location to see if I can get a refund. I tried calling that location but no one seemed to pick up their phone.

So I am stuck with a game that I can’t seem to get a refund at the moment. Is there any option out there I can do?
