I refuse to learn subscription prices

I've worked my childhood store for about a year and we are all being laid off and closing down. Nothing you ain't heard before recently on this subReddit, but what still pisses me off to this day is this question:

"How much is a year for Xbox Game pass ultimate tier?" Or "How much is PlayStation plus?"

I WORK AT GAMESTOP NOT FOR XBOX OR PLAYSTATION!

It's not like I don't wanna go out of my way for my guests I've literally tracked down customer service numbers and looked up step-by-step instructions to fix problems they might have. I am even willing to dig through journal tape in order to find their transaction information for a purchase they've made months ago without a receipt or account.

I refuse to look up the pricing of another companies subscription because google is literally free. We rarely carry the subscription physical cards here and even then most people just buy gift cards to pay for subscriptions. I refuse to look up the pricing of subscriptions because people always look at me like I'm stupid because I don't know the pricing for specific tiers and month durations.

Whenever they hit me with the "But you work at a GameStop? How don't you know?" And I respond with a "those subscriptions are attached to their respective companies, those prices are not readily available to me here at GameStop because we don't receive the physical cards for them at my store"

I usually either get "You are not a real gamer/leave it to the girl working here to not know basic information about video games/you employees are useless and lazy"

Mf if you wanna know, use fucking Google. I'll only go out of my way to help people research that if they're really old or nice to me. But like seriously I fucking refuse to memorize that shit, I play off-line single player games so I have no personal need to know it. And unlike the fact that I have memorized basically every other priced item in the store, i'm not memorizing something that isn't a product attached to GameStop that they can easily look up.

Edit: Sorry for my tone I'm just mad, plus I know I could probably look it up as a dlc item but Retech sucks and google is faster.
